VBAZ: Updating the Azure plug-in
In order to install the most up to date version of the Azure appliance, the other two components of the infrastructure needs to be up to date as well.

This article will walk you through how to update the Azure plug-in.
Check the version
Note: in case your appliance is on version 6.0 and wanting to update it from VBR, you find that the Update button is missing, this usually means that the plug-in is out of date. After the plug-in is updated, VBR console will automatically offer to upgrade the Azure appliance.
Download and install
URL to download from: https://www.veeam.com/backup-replication-vcp-download.html.
Prerequisite: you will need a registered Veeam account.
Scroll down to Additional Downloads and under the Cloud plug-in section download the Azure plug-in.
Extract the zip file.
Run the exe in elevated mode.
Install the prerequisites.
Agree to the license agreements.
Upgrade the plug-in.
Finish the wizard.
In case you already have the appliance deployed, you need to update it from the VBR console.
