How to Permanently Delete or Recover a User (Mailbox)

Machpanel uses a Recycle Bin feature which allows us to recover accidentally deleted mailboxes. If you made sure that you want to permanently delete a mailbox, go to Service Director > General > Recycle Bin

Click on the Options menu (three horizontal lines), and click Permanent Delete

If you need to recover the mailbox click on Restore.

On the Settings tab, you can define how long the Recycle Bin store your deleted mailboxes before automatic permanent deletion.
